蔡易承（Ethan Tsai）于2010 年加入 AdMaster，毕业于台湾大学，拥有金融学士学位。现任精硕集团联合创始人兼总裁。主要负责公司的财务管理和运作、从全球战略发展的角度帮助公司评估项目价值和前景、公司发展策略规划、企业核心竞争力的识别和建立。他对大数据的应用与管理有着丰富的实战经验，尤其在数字广告、移动及跨多屏、社交媒体及电商等领域的数据应用和打通整合应用方面，并擅长紧密结合市场发展方向，带领团队探索适合企业发展的商业运营模式。

Ethan Tsai

Co-Founder & President

Ethan Tsai joined AdMaster in 2010. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the National Taiwan University. As co-founder and president of Jingshuo Technology Group, Ethan is responsible for managing the company's financial affairs as well as evaluating the viability of and market outlook for new projects, developing the company's growth strategy, and identifying and bolstering the company's competitive advantages.

He is highly experienced in big data application and management, especially in integrating and applying data from digital advertising, mobile and cross-screen platforms, social media, and e-commerce. He is additionally skilled in leading teams to develop business models adapted to market development trends.

Ethan has a bachelor's degree in finance from National Taiwan University.
