Ling Fan received his doctoral degree from Harvard University and master’s degree from Princeton University. He was an assistant professor at the University of California at Berkeley and China Central Academy of Fine Arts. In 2015, He founded Tezign.com, a leading technology startup with the mission to build digital infrastructure for creative resources. In 2016 Dr. Fan founded Tongji University Design Artificial Intelligence Lab, dedicated to the applied research to bring machine learning and A.I. technology to the creative industry. Dr. Fan is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, an Aspen Institute China Fellow, a member of IEEE Global Council for Extended Intelligence, and a member of the Future Forum. He was awarded National DDF Award (2018) and 2019 Fortune 40 Under 40.

Tony received his Bachelor Degree from Wuhan University. With 16 years of experience in marketing and internet entrepreneurship, he has served as P&G Brand Manager，PepsiCo Marketing Director, VMLY&R (im2.0) Senior Vice President, Youku and Alibaba Digital Media and Entertainment Group Senior Vice President and CMO. During his time in Alibaba Entertainment Group，Tony was responsible for Content and Brand Marketing, Ali-ecosystem Integration and Artists Coordination. He has created many blockbuster content marketing programs. In Tezign, Tony focuses on content and digital marketing innovation and integrates content creativity and technology innovation, and constantly empowers business and social imagination.
