领导尊尼获加、苏格登、泰斯卡、唐胡里奥等多个烈酒品牌,在实现品牌本土化沟通的同时,她致力于品牌数字化模型的打造,充分利用中国独有的社交媒体,打造年轻化的品牌形象,抓住年轻人的兴趣和饮用场景,进一步深化品类渗透率,提升战略性品牌的市场份额。
在加入帝亚吉欧之前,王晨曾任强生消费品中国区CMO,带领大宝和露得清两大护肤品牌,通过抢占新品赛道和年轻化的社交媒体矩阵,取得持续的市场份额增长;在个护品类,她为李施德林和艾维诺量身打造适合中国消费者的本土化新品,实现了品类破圈,帮助品牌在白热化的市场竞争中始终保持领先的市场份额。
王晨在品牌营销领域深耕20余年,曾服务于玉兰油、吉列、雪碧、金霸王等多个全球性品牌,同时,她也具备本土品牌从零到一的品牌建设经验。在她任职罗莱家纺品牌总经理期间,她搭建了罗莱家纺独特的品牌矩阵,升级了从品牌到产品、空间、陈列等全方位的品牌管理方案,巩固了罗莱的品牌优势,帮助品牌多年来持续保持品类第一的领先地位。
