集合前往Amazon booksAmazon books是亚马逊建立的首家实体书店,你会发现书店内摆放书籍的方式很特别,每本书封面朝外陈列,而且并非被堆叠在一起,以方便顾客浏览。每本图书的下方都有一张黑色卡片,上面附有亚马逊网站客户的评分及书评,并且实体店利用了亚马逊数据宝库,更多出售评分较高的著作。

参观亚马逊总部,由亚马逊员工带领参观Spheres办公区,球形建筑里面种植了来自世界各地的植物,种类多达4万种。在“热带雨林”里开会、办公,感受亚马逊员工独一无二的办公体验;
前往不远处的Amazon go,由亚马逊员工带领参观并讲述实现原理;
交流分享,与亚马逊新零售相关人员进行交流分享,与他们互动亚马逊的成长经历、企业文化、成功秘诀,并分享中美新零售市场现状。
下午前往Whole Foods参观并自助用餐。

探索星巴克典藏烘焙工坊,上海星巴克烘焙工坊从去年年底开业以来,迎来了最高日营业额40万人民币的咖啡业零售巅峰。而早在2014年,星巴克在西雅图Capitol Hill开张了全球第一家原生态的烘焙品尝店,这是一个多感官的零售体验,在推广自己品牌的同时,星巴克也希望普及咖啡文化、烘焙技术和创新,来到这里的客户有最大机会了解到咖啡的来源、烘焙的过程,烘焙工坊是一个把创造、探索、咖啡、浪漫以及星巴克所有元素融合在一起的新零售门店。
前往Costco, 体验美国最大的连锁会员仓储量贩店,Costco努力保持经营性活动不赚钱的理念压低产品毛利润率,从而让利给消费者,吸引消费者进入会员体系,这种商业模式达成了真正的物美价廉,顾客可以在超市买到高质量最低价的新鲜产品,这增加了顾客的品牌忠诚度,从而更愿意续费。Costco的这种新零售模式也正在筹备着在中国的第一家门店,让我们赶在明年第一家Costco门店落户上海之前在它的发源地抢先体验吧。

Nordstrom百货:创立于1901年,它从一家西雅图的小鞋铺发展到现在遍布美国的时尚百货店,并且发展劲头迅猛,店数不断增加,也不断推出新的服务。Nordstrom在西好莱坞推出一间新型概念零售店,老牌百年百货也讲起了体验式新零售。
梅西百货:创立于1858年的梅西百货以优质的服务享誉全球,经久不衰,坐拥850间店面成为真正的全美连锁品牌。位于西雅图市中心的这家梅西百货,不仅地理位置优越,囊括的商品更是一应俱全。

山岸纪宽先生目前担任电通安吉斯集团中国区首席执行官,负责制定电通安吉斯集团中国业务和文化的可持续性发展战略,确保为客户提供创新并极具竞争优势的解决方案,同时实现卓越的业务和员工表现。在此之前,山岸纪宽先生担任电通集团中国及北亚地区首席执行官。

山岸纪宽先生于1982年在日本电通株式会社开始职业生涯,拥有超过30年广告和传播的丰富经验。在专注于客户业务战略分析十多年之后,2000年起山岸纪宽先生担任电通战略经营策划局部长,并于2008年升任电通战略经营策划局局长,在此期间山岸纪宽先生主要负责电通与IPO和IR相关的业务以及战略提案、资本措施等一系列与经营紧密相关的业务。

2016年初,山岸纪宽被任命为电通集团执行官。

Motohiro Yamagishi was Chief Executive Officer of Dentsu Network China and North Asia prior to taking the helm at Dentsu Aegis Network China. As CEO his responsibilities include developing a sustainable business strategy and culture for Dentsu Aegis Network China, while ensuring exceptional business and people performance built on innovation and cutting-edge client solutions

Mr. Yamagishi began his career at Dentsu Inc. in 1982 and in the ensuing 30+ years has gained rich experience in communications and advertising. After more than 10 years focusing on the analysis of clients’ business strategies, in 2000 he was appointed Manager of Strategic Business Planning Division of Dentsu and was subsequently promoted to Director of the same division. During that period, Mr. Yamagishi was primarily responsible for Dentsu’s corporate business strategy including IPO &IR, strategic proposals and capital management, and overseas business development.

In early 2016, Mr. Yamagishi was named executive officer of Dentsu Inc.
